About the tours

We offer private tours both monumental and outdoor. Unlike outdoor tours, monumental tours involve accessing at least one monument.

We are not limited to the tours that appear on our website. You can also contact us to request any additional tour or experience.

Each tour can have a different duration. On our website, we provide information about the approximate duration of each tour.

Each tour has its price informed on the website. Additional amounts may apply for large groups of more than 6 people.

Our tours have a very affordable price and you can also get great discounts by taking advantage of our rates

The tours DO NOT include the entrance fee. This amount will be applied additionally. (Only affects monumental tours)

We take care of purchasing the tickets to avoid that management and obtain them safely and at the best price.

Pets are welcome on our tours. However, we cannot ensure that all tours allow it due to possible access to areas such as monuments.

All tours are designed to take breaks at specific moments and depending on the needs of the participants.

We do our best to accommodate all visitors, however we cannot guarantee such accessibility to all our tours.

Bookings

You can book a tour from our Bookings section or directly by accessing a tour from the Tours section.

If you have trouble booking from our booking forms, do not hesitate to contact us from our Contact section.

Bookings must be for a minimum of 1 persona and a maximum of 25 personas.

The booking prices may vary depending on the number of people. Visit our Rates section to learn more.

We will contact you via email and/or phone to confirm the booking.

You can book as many tours as you want.

You can get great discounts when taking several tours with us. You can see our rates from the Rates section.

In the booking form we ask you for some dates on which you would like to take the tours.
These dates will be subject to availability, so we will contact you to confirm the dates and times.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

It will only be necessary to pay a 50% of the total price of the booking once confirmed. You can pay 100% of the booking if you wish.

This amount (50%) must be paid as a maximum 48 hours after the booking confirmation.

You will receive an email with the steps to follow to make the payment once we confirm the booking.

You can pay the remaining 50% of your booking on the day you take the first tour (bizum or cash).

Our prices include VAT. You can check our rates from the Rates section.

You can change the dates of your booking before the booking has been confirmed. Once the booking is confirmed, you will not be able to make changes, only cancellations.

You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before the date of the first tour by contacting us from the Contact section requesting its cancellation.

In case of cancellation of the booking, you will be refunded 50% of the total price of the same.

Refunds will be made in case of cancellation of a booking, and this will never exceed 50% of the total amount of the booking.
